Ascent Building Solutions has a project management team with over 100 years of combined experience in metal roofing. We can simply supply the materials for your next project or we can look after the full job by arranging the supply, installation and safety equipment to get the job done on time and safely. We have expert installation teams in re-roofing (roof replacement), industrial, commercial and domestic roofing.
As a first step, Ascent Building Solutions arrange a site inspection to assess the work required and to check site access as roofing materials are normally delivered on a large truck and in some instances a crane may be required to lift the materials into position. Ascent also assess the safety requirements - most projects require some type of scaffold to prevent installers falling off the roof. The different types of scaffold range from full steel or aluminium scaffold, to edge protection, which is a hand rail installed to either the top of the existing roof or to the underside of the rafter if it is a new roof.
Once access and safety have been assessed, the Ascent project manager will do a walk around with you and confirm the specifications of the job. The type of specifications discussed are material type, Profile of material, Insulation options, Ventilation options and the type of guttering required. Once all specifications have been confirmed Ascent Building Solutions produce a quote to complete the works. If successful with the quote, Ascent Building Solutions will then assign a Project Manager. The Project Manager will then confirm the timing of delivery and installation, and will see the project through from start to finish.
