Sealing the Inside environment from the Outside.
All Australian Class 1 Buildings (detached homes) and 10a Buildings with a conditioned space must adhere to mandatory insulation requirements under F2.6 of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
Installing EnviroSeal wall and roof foils in combination with other insulation products ensures that insulation requirements are met as foils contribute to the total system R-value for thermal insulation.
The green anti-glare coating on all EnviroSeal foils reduces reflection making it easier and safer to install and fire retardant adhesive is used for improved safety. Convenient roll sizes are available to suit any job.

- Exceptionally tear resistant
- Light for ease of handling
2. EnviroSeal Wall Breather for external walls
- Micro-perforated for use under lightweight cladding such as weatherboard or fibre cement
3. EnviroSeal Roof Tile for tile roofs
- Economical, heavy duty sarking
- Suitable for bushfire prone areas
4. EnviroSeal Roof Tile Plus for tiled roofs
- Extra weight and stiffness for superior sarking protection
- Suitable for cyclone and bushfire prone areas where sarking is mandatory
5. EnviroSeal Roof Tile Safety for tiled roofs
- Extra heavy duty to meet fall protection criteria of AS/NZS4040.4
- Highest level of weather protection and resistance to hail
- Can span up to 600mm without the need for safety mesh
6. EnviroSeal Roof Metal for metal deck roofs
- Light weight foil sarking can also be used as an economical wall wrap
