Fully flashed unit ready to install

The Tile Skylite series is a total design skylight incorporating fully flashed metal base, soaker tray with tie down straps, Acrylead flashing and fully weather proofed. Units are designed for standard spacings of rafters or trusses.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove tiles from area of roof where skylite is to be installed. Ensure battens are cut back to external size of skylite.

Lay skylite out ensuring crimp in skylite base is level with the bottom of a batten. Then secure tie down straps. Note: Dome removed for clarification.

Tamp lead to profile of the tiles. Replace tiles onto skylite base leaving 50mm clearance around upstand (Cutting tiles if necessary).
