After years of roof trouble, Ascent Building Solutions were consulted about replacing the Aluminium roof sheeting and Galvanised box gutters with new Zincalume® materials. Due to the span of the roof sheeting and the amount of foot traffic which access the roof, Ascent Building Solutions installed Stratco SmartSpan® roof sheeting which is a stronger more vertile profile design than the normal corrugated. The majority of the work was conducted over the weekend or out of normal work hours to ensure the safety of staff members still working in the building.
