ResidentialAscent Building Solutions were contracted by a local builder to supply and install the new Colorbond® roofing to this stunning home in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. It is little wonder this home won the Sunshine Coast Home of the Year at the 2017 Housing Industry Awards. This is a real credit to the builder and all trades involved. The roof sheeting that was used was Stramit Longspan roof sheeting was used to provide an architectural style. Due to the configuration of the roof frame a custom made Colorbond® fascia was required. Ascent designed the fascia and had it manufactured with custom bracketry and accessories to provide a seamless finish. The house relies on rainwater tanks and to accommodate the large volumes of water off the roof a 200mm ½ Round Colorbond® Guttering with heavy duty external brackets we used.
