When we replace your tile roof we remove the existing tile battens, which are an insufficient size for the new metal roof to be installed to and replace them with new 40mm metal top hat battens. We then upgrade the tie down of your roof frame to the wall frame (engineering certificate provided). Once the roof frame is ready, we recommend installing Anticon® Insulation (optional extra), then install your new metal roof and accessories.
